Administration

Where does the money come from?
Monies are generated through production and fee for service opportunities. Department of Human Services, Department of Public Aid, Office of Rehabilitation Services, Wayne County 708 Board and Edwards County Board. To qualify for fee for service funding the agency has had to maintain accreditation by DHS, ORS and the Department of Labor. Most of these monies are spent in the counties we serve thus adding to the local economies. We contract with manufacturers to assemble and / or process various items. This arrangement is mutually beneficial to the community and the facility. Some local businesses employ some of our consumers, usually as part-time workers.
